Ocean View Beach Club
Residential Community, Ocean View, DE

Nally Ventures is the Owner’s Rep for the developer of the Ocean View Beach Club community. Our team is managing the design, permitting, construction, marketing, and sales process to deliver the final phase of new homes in the community. This phase includes the  construction of five new villa buildings and a 26-unit condo building in the existing community.

Outer Banks West KOA
234 RV site resort campground, Coinjock, NC

As the Owner’s Rep for the construction of this resort campground, OBX West KOA, our team managed permitting, design, construction and financial activities, and worked with the client’s team to deliver key development milestones for their bank. We oversaw daily construction activities of the Construction Manager, coordinated owner-supplied contractors, and managed the final approval process with the town. OBX West KOA was named ‘Most Attractive Business’ by Currituck Chamber of Commerce in 2020.

Mobious Investments
7 commercial properties, downtown district, Milford, DE

Our team oversees daily facility management and tenant relations. We manage portfolios, finances, capital planning, and work with investors on redevelopment strategies for key assets.

Bayport Campground
843 RV site resort campground, Jamaica, VA

Nally Ventures provided Owner’s Rep services to manage the development and approval process with local and state agencies to achieve the client’s goal to increase the total amount of allowable units included in this project from 100 to 500 units. Our team successfully rezoned parcels to gain approval for 843 units for the clients.

Fenwick Shores
Tapestry Collection by Hilton Hotel, Fenwick Island, DE

As the Owner’s Rep for the Hilton Hotel in Fenwick Island, we oversaw daily construction activities and tracked development milestones. Our team coordinated critical items with both the owner’s contractors and GC’s contractors to ensure project success. The hotel opened in 2020 to rave reviews from clients and excitement for their first summer season in 2021.

SpringHill Suites
Springhill Suites by Marriott, Frederica, DE

Nally Ventures was hired by the Meoli Companies in 2021 as the Owner’s Rep for the new Springhill Suites by Marriott hotel  located in Frederica, Delaware. Our team provided full service development management services on behalf of our client including, managing the construction, and coordinating contractors. The hotel hosted its grand opening in August 2023.

Forest of the Broadkill Preserve
Nonprofit Land Preservation, Milton, DE

The Forest of the Broadkill Preserve includes 294 acres of land in Milton, DE that was purchased under the partnership of Sussex County and the Sussex County Land Trust (SCLT). The SCLT will have a conservation easement of the property and will develop public access and ongoing maintenance of the property. Nally Ventures is looking forward to working as the development manager for the design and development of this project.

Gills Neck Road Trail
Nonprofit Land Development, Lewes, DE

Nally Ventures is providing development management services for the Sussex County Land Trust (SCLT) at Gills Neck Road Trail in Lewes, DE. This property was donated to the SCLT in December 2022 and encompasses a small section of the Henlopen Junction Breakwater Trail situated between Gills Neck Road and Kings Highway. This section of the trail is managed and maintained by the SCLT for public use.

Laurel Redevelopment Corporation
Nonprofit Residential Community, Laurel, DE

Our team is providing development feasibility services, development management, financing, and construction management services for the Laurel Redevelopment Corporation (LRC) to build new starter homes in downtown Laurel. The LRC is a non-profit organization who is working to grow downtown Laurel, DE through targeted redevelopment projects. Architectural drawings by Jonathon Selway Architects.

The Rosa Health Center
Nonprofit Health Center, Georgetown, DE

Nally Ventures is providing development management, fundraising, financing and construction management services for The Rosa Health Center in Georgetown, DE in order to build a new health center and renovate the existing facility. Architectural drawings by Jonathon Selway Architects.

Nanticoke Crossing Park
Nonprofit Public Park, Seaford, DE

Nally Ventures is working with the Sussex County Land Trust (SCLT) to develop the Nanticoke Crossing Park in Seaford, DE and manage the design of the master plan for the park and future development and construction needed for public use. The Nanticoke Crossing Park is located five miles southwest of Seaford, Delaware on the east side of the Nanticoke River. The 41 acre property was purchased by the SCLT to preserve the existing forests and wetlands, and to create an ecological preserve that the public will be able to enjoy.

Ickford Park: Cannon-Maston House
Nonprofit Restoration, Seaford, DE

Our team is working as the construction project coordinator for the Sussex County Land Trust for renovations of this historic building. Cannon-Maston is one the oldest brick buildings in Delaware!

Our team is working with the Sussex County Land Trust as the construction project coordinator in order to restore this historic building. The long term plans for Ickford Park is to transform the property into a historical and cultural center, as well as an area to host community events. 

Ickford Park: Litchford House
Nonprofit Restoration, Seaford, DE

We are working with the Sussex County Land Trust as the construction project coordinator to restore this historic home to use as a caretaker’s residence, as well as a living museum for future users. Ickford Park is about a 20-minute drive from Nanticoke Crossing Park.

Springboard Shelter
Nonprofit Horizon Construction Services, Georgetown, DE

The Nally Ventures team supported the Owner’s Rep, Horizon Construction Services, in the project planning, funding, and construction of the initial phase of Springboard Collaborative, Springboard Village. Located in Georgetown, Delaware, this village is the state’s first Pallet homeless facility and includes 40 individual shelters. Springboard Village is now open and has already started to accept residents.

Hudson Park
Nonprofit Land Development, Milton, DE

Nally Ventures was hired to support the development management of the park as the SCLT gears up to start construction on the first phase. This park will serve as an access point to the Lewes - Georgetown bike trail system, with future park amenities coming in future phases. Stephen P. Hudson Park is a Sussex County Land Trust property in Milton, Delaware.
