Project Coordination & Technology Integration Services

Sussex County Land Trust, Hudson Park  – As the Construction Project Coordinator for the Hudson Park construction project, our team is using Autodesk Construction Cloud to support all tasks associated with managing the design, bidding, and construction processes. 

Horizon Construction Services, Springboard Shelter – Nally Ventures has joined the Springboard Shelter project, construction team. We will support this design-bid-build project by coordinating the shelter’s design, permitting, bidding, and construction. We are utilizing Autodesk Construction Cloud to manage the project and keep all stakeholders connected. 

Sussex Montessori Public Charter School – As the Project Coordinator for the renovation project at Sussex Montessori Public Charter, Nally Ventures is the conduit between the construction team and the board of directors. By using Autodesk Construction Cloud, we ensure all stakeholders have current project information and keep the project on time and within budget. 

Sussex County Land Trust, Ickford Park – We are the Construction Project Coordinator for the historic renovations at Ickford Park. Throughout this project, we will be utilizing Autodesk Construction Cloud to support all tasks associated with designing, bidding, and constructing the two historic homes.

Ocean View Beach Club, Convergence

We are working with Convergence, the owners of Ocean View Beach Club, to develop the final buildout of the amenity-rich community. We are excited to announce that the project is now moving into the construction phase, and several of the new homes are listed for sale. 

SpringHill Suites, Meoli Companies  

Our team has been working with the Meoli Companies and the other project teams on the design, development, and construction of this new hotel coming to Kent County, DE. We are excited about the progress and are eager to see it complete in Spring 2023.
