With their UpKeep system fully integrated, the Deeley insurance team can more accurately monitor the health of their major building assets. By tracking maintenance costs, asset effective useful life, and current asset status, their facilities team will have a detailed picture of how to plan and save for current building repairs and future capital improvements. 

THE MEOLI COMPANIES
With a building permit in hand, the SpringHill Suites by Marriott is gearing up to start construction. We are excited to work with the incredible design and construction teams in the coming months and provide great service to our client. 

TAUSTIN GROUP 
Sam Deeley led our integration team in collecting onsite data at the Taustin Group’s properties. Simultaneous with the software integration, we are training their team in UpKeep to track asset health, preventative maintenance, and daily reactive maintenance.
