Mike Nally

Founder & CEO

With Mike Nally in the lead, you can expect a home of the highest quality, delivered with extreme attention to detail and excellent, personal service.

Mike is a visionary, strategist, and creative innovator with a passion for service and a commitment to helping his clients excel. A former U.S. Army Ranger and serial entrepreneur, Mike brings a unique perspective to all facets of his work.

Mike has a long history as a real estate development and construction executive, with over 30 years’ experience in creating investment value and offering high-level strategic perspective and deep expertise in all facets of mixed-use and residential master-planned resort communities. This includes acquisition, financing, planning, zoning, permitting, land development, construction, marketing, sales, and property management.

Additionally, Mike has held numerous corporate executive positions and is deeply committed to developing the next generation of responsible leaders. As a leadership instructor, executive coach, and strategic business consultant, he draws on his passion, military experiences, advanced education, and corporate and industry expertise to equip people at all levels of their organizations to lead others and reach their professional and personal goals.

Mike has a B.A. in Military History from University of Maryland and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. He participated in renowned professional development and leadership development programs, including the Disney Institute and GAP International Executive Challenge program.

• Over 30 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry at many levels—construction manager, vice president of construction, COO, president, partner, entrepreneur/owner
• Extensive experience in the resort and luxury living market
• Designed, developed, and constructed over 2000 homes
• Constructed over 200 homes with a value greater than $1 million

Mike is also a coastal Delaware homeowner himself. In the local community, he currently serves on the Advisory Committee for the Sussex County Land Trust and the Sussex County Habitat for Humanity. He also served on the board of Sussex County Habitat for Humanity from 2014 to 2020 and a number of other nonprofit boards, including La Red Health Center, Carl M. Freeman Foundation, River Soccer Club, and Delaware Tech Entrepreneur Program.

Conor Nally

VP of Development

Conor’s project experience and tech savvy helps ensure a smooth process from your first meetings with our team through construction management.

Along with Mike Nally and Don Stewart, Conor manages the daily operations of the Nally Homes team. His expertise includes financing, site feasibility, construction management, site acquisition, and the entitlement process.

Conor’s real estate development experience with Nally Homes’ parent company, Nally Ventures, includes residential master-planned communities, commercial mixed-use, and hospitality. As an owner’s rep, he has worked on over $100 million in development projects, overseeing the process from conceptual design through approvals and acting as construction manager until turnover to the owner. Conor has also served as the property manager for Nally Ventures-owned assets, managing the daily operations and sale of buildings in the portfolio.

Additionally, Conor works with the latest real estate technologies to raise the level of Nally Ventures projects and those of its affiliated companies. This tech stack currently includes:

• Generative design (TestFit)
• BIM modeling software for design and construction (Autodesk Revit, Assemble, Autodesk construction cloud)
• Development and construction management (Procore, Smartsheet)
• Asset management (UpKeep, AkitaBox)

Conor’s career in real estate development began in 2017, after he graduated from the University of Delaware with a dual degree in English and environmental studies and a minor in economics.

Conor is:

• President of the Board of Directors for the Sussex County Habitat for Humanity
• A Board member of the SNAC Foundation
• A licensed realtor, working for the Nally Group since 2020
• Graduate of the 2024 Class of Leadership Delaware

Morgan Molnar

Accounting Manager

Morgan takes charge of our financial operations for all Nally Ventures companies. With a bachelor’s degree in finance and a background in business, Morgan skillfully manages our invoicing processes, ensuring that our clients stay seamlessly connected with our team throughout the entire construction journey.

Jen Walls

Marketing Director

Jen manages all aspects of marketing production and brand development. She works with the team of each Nally Ventures’ company to ensure each unique brand’s digital presence is tailored and polished.
