The Springboard Shelters with Horizon Construction Services

Owner’s Rep Services

Our team has been the Owner’s Rep for Horizon Construction Services to complete the first phase of the shelter project with the nonprofit Springboard Collaborative. The Springboard Village, located in Georgetown, is Delaware’s first pallet homeless shelter. The village includes 40 individual shelters for the population to live in. There are also bathhouses, a community center, and outdoor spaces.

Laurel Redevelopment Corporation

Development Feasibility

The Laurel Redevelopment Corporation (LRC) is a non-profit organization that is working to grow downtown Laurel, DE, through targeted redevelopment projects. Nally Ventures was hired to provide development management services for one of their properties. This includes a feasibility study, where we will lay out a path forward for the LRC to obtain financing and government approvals for their project that will drive economic growth to the town.

Litchford House at Ickford Park with SCLT

Owner’s Rep Services/General Contracting

The Litchford House is an early 1900s house that the Sussex County Land Trust (SCLT) and Nally Ventures are restoring to use as a caretaker’s residence, as well as a living museum for future users. Just like the Cannon-Maston House, this house is located in Ickford Park near Seaford, DE.

Owner’s Rep Services/General Contracting

We have been working with the Sussex County Land Trust (SCLT) to restore this historic house. The Cannon-Maston House is one of Sussex County’s oldest brick buildings, dating back to 1714.

SpringHill Suites with The Meoli Companies

Owner’s Rep Services

Nally Ventures was hired by The Meoli Companies in 2021 to be the Owner’s Rep for this hotel project located in Frederica, Delaware. Nally Ventures is serving as the full-service development manager for our client. This hotel is located near the Delaware Turf Complex.

Ocean View Beach Club New Construction Villas

Owner’s Rep Services

We are working with the owners of Ocean View Beach Club to develop the final buildout of this amenity-rich resort community in Ocean View, DE. The project is in the midst of construction, and several homes have already been reserved! The new construction consists of five new buildings at five different locations throughout the community. Each building is home to four villa units, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Nanticoke Crossing Park with SCLT

Owner’s Rep Services

The Nanticoke Crossing Park is located five miles southwest of Seaford, Delaware, on the east side of the Nanticoke River. The 41-acre property was purchased by the SCLT to preserve the existing forests and wetlands and to create an ecological preserve that the public would be able to enjoy. Nally Ventures was hired to help manage the design of the master plan for the Park and to manage the future development and construction needed for public use.

Sussex Montessori School

Project Coordination & Technology Integration Services

Nally Ventures provided Project Coordination and Technology Integration Services for the completion of classroom and office renovations at Sussex Montessori School. Throughout the project, we utilized Autodesk Construction Cloud to track and organize all project information and acted as the conduit between the construction team and the board of directors. Congratulations to all parties involved in the completion of this project!

Owen Nally, had the opportunity to meet U.S. Senator Tom Carper. Owen was able to join representatives from Sussex Montessori Charter School, along with Senator Carper, as it was announced that 2 grant awards totaling nearly $400,000 from USDA Rural Development was awarded to the Sussex Montessori School.
